Your Rex Property Management account has been set up with the details you supplied in ‘Stage 1 : Setting Up’. Now its time to do those pre-flight checks to make sure everything has been set up as you need.
Review your Data Import
Review your data import before publishing your Listings
Check over a few Properties to make sure the Owners, Tenancies are looking great along with their Lease and Management agreements. If anything is incorrect or looks out of place, please promptly contact your Success Manager.
Once you’ve logged in, you'll notice all listings imported will be in draft status.
Please note before your portal feeds are started, your listings will require reviewing (and possibly a little editing) before they will be accepted for publishing.
Access your "current" listings by following these steps:
- Go to Listings in the left side menu
- Select 'Current' from the 'All Listings' section
- Step through each of your Current Listings to confirm each one is ready to be published. This includes checking all Listing details such as agent 1 & 2, listing type/category and all required Listing information.
- To publish the Listing select the ‘Publish’ button in the top right corner
- If there are any ‘Listing Validation Errors’ they will show under ‘Portal Settings’. For example, you may find that when a Listing is imported that it’s missing the 'Listing Agent' from the key details tab
Please note if you have added any new listings between your final data extract and today, they will not be present in Rex. In the case of Listings created during that time, you will need to create these manually in Rex and publish them for the portals.
